I just wanted more. Code 8 takes place in an alternate reality where 4% of the world's population are born with super-powers, allowing them to do everything from read minds to manipulate electricity or, in rare cases, even heal other people physically. Why keep introducing this building anti-powers protest movement if you’re not going to follow through with any kind of political resolution or outcome? It would have been better as a TV showshit movie cant even remember it and watched it last nightConnor wanted the healer to live and chose to move on from his Mother. The series coming up is meant to fill in those gaps, but no the station didn’t stop pursuing anyone they simple held a press conference detailing the massive drug bust and removal of Suttclife, they were already investigating the telekinetic with ties to Suttclife, the good cop not being explored enough most likely will be explored in the show and we were only given a taste.
